Brownfields Grant
 
      In August of 2009, the Environmental Protection Agency awarded the Town of Pulaski funds to undertake Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments on former industrial sites. The purpose of the award is to further future real estate transactions involving the properties and encourage their redevelopment.
