Utility Bill Late Payments & Disconnects to Resume

If you have an unpaid balance remaining on your utility accounts from May or earlier, your account will be disconnected if not paid in full by Monday, June 29th at 5 p.m. Late payment penalties and disconnects were not enforced on March, April or May utility bills due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but moving forward we will be re-implementing these policies.

For customers who have paid for their June utility bills after this previous Monday, June 22nd, late penalties have been added to your account and you will be subject to disconnection if not paid by the time disconnect takes place in July, which will incorporate both June and July bills.

Also, Official Payment 3rd party fees have been reimbursed to customers since March. Reimbursement of these fees will stop effective July 1st.
