Pursuant to certain Decrees of Sale from the Circuit Court for the County of Pulaski, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale at a simulcast live and online public auction the following described real estate.
The auction will begin online and will close with in-person and online bidding on October 24, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., live at the Historic Train Station (20 S. TERMS OF SALE: All sales are subject to the approval of the Circuit Court. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the highest bid and will become a part of the total sales price on each property. The highest bidder shall make a deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the total sales price, or Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), whichever is more, which sum shall be credited toward the purchase at closing. The balance of the purchase price shall be delivered to the Special Commissioner within fifteen (15) days of Court confirmation. All properties will be conveyed by Special Warranty Deed, subject to any easements and covenants of record, and any rights of persons in possession. We do not provide and do not assist with obtaining title insurance. Terms of Sale stated online and in the Purchase Contract take precedence over any prior written or verbal terms of sale.
